Photo Day Checklist

Here are some tips to make sure your home is photo-ready before the photographer arrives:

Lights & Windows

  • Turn all lights ON, fans OFF

  • Open blinds and curtains

  • Replace any burnt-out bulbs

General

  • Declutter all rooms — less is more

  • Hide cords, trash cans, and personal items

  • Vacuum, sweep, and wipe surfaces

  • Remove rugs, floor mats, and fridge magnets

Kitchen

  • Clear counters & sink

  • Remove small appliances & clutter

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

  • Make beds, hide laundry

  • Close toilet lids, remove toiletries, hang clean towels

Exterior

  • Move cars from driveway
